Springfield Bilingual Kindergarten is a relatively new school that combines both Chinese and Western teaching methods in the classroom. It is affiliated with Tiny Tots International Pre-School and Kindergarten. Springfield is located on East Tianlin Road within a quiet residential compound in Shanghai's Xuhui district. The campus is a 10 minute walk from the Guilin Road station on Metro Line 9.

Springfield is looking for teachers for the 2017-2018 school year. We offer an opportunity to work in an exciting, fun and supportive international atmosphere. We are looking for nurturing, flexible and communicative teachers to guide students through the early learning years. Teachers at Springfield are responsible for classroom decoration, planning and teaching various subjects (including English, math, arts and crafts, sports, theater, games, etc), managing play and academic activities including games, naptime and meals, monitoring children's safety, preparing memory books, communicating with parents and building a strong rapport with other staff members.
