Southern Ontario College offers Intensive ESL programs to help students improve their English within a short period of time. This program is designed for students who want to improve their English language skills as quickly as possible.

ESL INTENSIVE ENGLISH PROGRAM

English As A Second Language (ESL):
~ an intensive course to help students improve their English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

TOEFL Preparation
~ is designed to help students achieve high scores on the TOEFL test.

English Literacy Development (ELD)
~ introduces and builds on basic literacy skills, expands vocabulary and improves proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.

Practical English
~ helpS students gain fundamental communication skills for everyday purpose.

Business English
~ introduces students to the vocabulary, strategies and procedures used in entrepreneurial activity.

Basic Computer Training
~ designed for beginners and includes keyboarding and an introduction to computers. Students will become familiar with the basic components and operation of a computer including how to operate a computer and navigate Windows and the Internet.
