HLC has been established as a premier language learning institution right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Due to its magnificent location, many international students find it easy and definitely exciting to be here. Most importantly, HLC is an Approved Centre for City & Guilds of London Institute offering the prestigious International English Qualifications (IEQs). Among the programmes offered are International English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Spoken ESOL, English for Business Communications, Spoken English Tests for Business and English for Office Skills.

HLC's unique approach of experiential learning enables learners to appreciate the Language faster and more effectively, as opposed to conventional learning.
