I'm sorry, but is this particular Singaporean *Girl* really from Singapore or came by from Malaysia or China? I said that as Singaporean women by and large are articulate in English as it is the language of instruction in schools- ie: First Language. So to be an exchange student who can't speak English is not only ludicrous but to come across as shy?!
