I suggest you do not come to Vietnam if you are afraid of disease and filth! If you are afraid of third world culture, this is difinitely not the place for you. As for contracting a disease, you may get the necessary immunizations required by your home country when travelling abroad (as I did from the USA.) All the best! Jody
