School:Grand High School <headteacher@granhighschool.com>

Grand High School, Qingdao (GHSQ) invested and founded by Grand Education Group, is one of the earliest and most successful full-time high schools offering overseas preparatory and joint programs in Qingdao, Shandong area. It is widely recognized for its successful placement of Chinese high school graduates into prestigious universities in overseas. Since the founding of GHSQ in 2002, the goal is to provide an expanded number of exceptional students with an intensive education program which will assist them in attaining admission to the top universities and colleges in overseas. Students graduating from GHSQ usually choose to study in USA, UK, Canada, Australia and other European countries.

GHSQ is especially reputable for “Sino-American High School Dual Diploma Program” started since 2008, from which students get both Chinese and American high school credits and exclusively pursue higher education in the U.S. after high school. This program is approved officially by Qingdao Ministry of Education and it’s the only official accredited U.S.university prep program in Qingdao city by the government. In year 2011, GHSQ started to work with Go8 in Australia to launch the Top Group of 8 Universities Prep Program on campus and in 2012, GHSQ is accredited and approved as the “A-Level Learning and Teaching Center” in Qingdao city for the new “Sino-British High School Diploma Program”. All those cooperation and joint programs are designed with the mission of providing a superior university preparatory education and a meaningful cross-cultural study to Chinese secondary school students who are preparing for admission to and successful matriculation in overseas colleges and universities.
