Ignite Language Training is an English language school based in Carlow in Ireland offering English lessons in Carlow, Athy, Kildare and Kilkenny. Halfway between Dublin and Waterford, Carlow has all the facilities of a town whilst still feeling like the countryside. In the town there are many restaurants, bars and nightclubs whilst for those who like a quieter life there is a beautiful park, river walks, and good cycle paths. There are also two modern shopping centres with all the stores you expect in a bigger city.

In the town there is a full range of sports and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, football and rugby pitches, ten pin bowling, a multi screen cinema, and a theatre. There are also two third level educational institutions should you wish to also study for an undergraduate or postgraduate course.

Nearby to Carlow, all within a few hours travel, is the capital city of Dublin, the medieval city of Kilkenny, the port city of Waterford, Ireland's second city Cork and fantastic beaches, mountains and lakes.

Ignite Language Training offers General English, IELTS, FCE, CAE and CPE Examination courses, as well as Business English, Executive English, Conversation Classes, Grammar Classes and Job Preparation Classes. We also offer language tuition in French, German and Spanish aimed at Junior Cert and Leaving Cert schoolchildren as well as adults.

We also have an exciting social programme for all students.

Our courses run on both a part-time and a full-time basis, ranging from 2 hours per week for ten weeks to 20 hours a week intensive study. We also offer one-to-one, two/three-to-one tuition and for students wishing to take language examinations.

Lessons are held in venues throughout County Carlow (Carlow, Bagenalstown, Tullow, Hacketstown), Athy, Kildare and Kilkenny. We also offer an in-home tuition service where lessons can take place in your own home.
