Hardly anybody wants to work in China anymore. Why would anybody go through all the hassle and paperwork just to get some shit low paid teaching job in China?
Finally, teachers and other ex-pats have realized that there is nothing special about China and never was.

They are desperate, I see more and more of these. The new visa rules are going to make things even harder for schools and recruiters alike.
And yet, they still won't raise salaries, they will still treat their Foreign staff as a disposable unwanted necessity. China
