Actually, I could find multiple reasons to justify their existence. One of those reasons, and I'll admit that the only reason I state it here is to raise your shackles, is that students rarely get quality English training from do nothing FTs at their universities. Of course, as you and I both agree, their hopes are usually dashed when they find that the same situation in most training centers. That is, training centers are more often than not staffed by useless FTs also.

So, let me qualify my statement. There are multiple reasons why I would justify the existence of quality training centers. Of course you believe that there are none. I believe that there are some. But you're right; EF is definitely not worth recommending.
