I agree, I get so many Emails lacking in capital letters--all lower case and things like that. They are applying for
a job teaching English, yet they are showing that they can`t
write correctly.

It matters very much what you send at first.

I also find it annoying that if I have asked for certain
documents to be sent in all of my ads, and still the application is lacking in something. Either the person
didn`t read the whole ad, or just doesn`t bother to send
what you would like to see.

Both imply a lack of being able to follow instructions.
What will he or she be like if employed if they can`t follow
instructions about how to apply?
