I just heard that Frank Zhang is a kind of wise guy in the ESL world in China who has the power to blacklist any teacher that he hates or dislikes in a way or another. Is it true? Does Mr Zhang has the power to blacklist the unlucky ESL teachers that have the misfortune to deal with him??
