LondonGirl - this person is no authority on Chinese ESL, forget her "advice"
I never claimed to be an expert on ESL in China, but I have more experience than you do about the kind of teaching that can take place in a TC, so I have more to add on that subject than you ever could.

And I wasn't aware I was giving advice in my original post? I was asked my opinion on teaching standards in TCs and gave it.
