Is this not the proper forum/website in which to obtain information RE: rating and/or opinions of various on-line schools offering ESL programs?

Not only have I done so myself but, I also see that Peter has posted a query on either 4/15 or 4/16 requesting assistance. While I'm on the bandwagon, has anyone ever heard of LinguaEdge (which also has on-line ESL program and is located in the U.S.)? To repeat Peter's earlier question, has anyone had any experiences (either positive or negative) with The International TESL Corp (TITC)?
