Avoid all laowai at work who are idiots in your opinion whenever possible. But when you must deal with them, make it as brief as you can! Use short greetings such as 'hello and goodbye' when you speak with them, but do not say any more than you have to, that is, the bare minimum. Life's too short to waste more time than is absolutely necessary with such fools!
