A former FAO of the former Jinzhong Teacher-Training College of Yuci, Shanxi province might well still be the head of the English department of the university there that used to be said college. In the mid 90's my wife and I had the extreme misfortune of having to deal with that person on a regular basis for two years as he was the college FAO at that time. If he is still the dean, he will probably still be someone with authority to be avoided, as I doubt he would be able to mellow with age. His name is Mr Han, and his wife worked for a bank all those years ago. Maybe she still does. Their only child was a girl. If in fact he's the dean or the FAO there, avoid that university like the plague. Believe me for your own sakes.
