I agree. I have made good friends with many of my Chinese collegues there. It is the management and H.R. staff who are the problem. Like all Chinese companies, thay are in their position because they have the right connection and not because of any ability or experience. Thier jobs are secure which makes them care even less about their duties. On a brighter note, it was reported a couple of days ago, on a Chinese newpaper, that New Oriental's stock value fell by half and the paper reported many of their misdeeds and widespread cheating. Needless to say, it brought a smile to my face. I will post the link soon.
