About a year ago, I posted a long exposition of Elan in China, an infamous Chinese ESL center. I got a handful of thank-yous from readers who terminated their applications with that business after reading my posts. However, I felt that my work in that domain wasn't enough. Corruption is rampant in language education in almost every part of world, and I personally find that this is a result of an inherent conflict between businesses' interests and learners' objectives.

So, almost immediately after posting my warnings here and elsewhere, I began taking my knowledge of curricular development, corpus linguistics, etc. to develop an app whose objective is to eliminate the need for these awful institutions. A few weeks ago, I published my resulting product on the Google Play store, and have since been hunting for ways to promote it ethically.

The app is basically designed to be a lightweight, wholly contained package that guides users through any of its ten languages without any overt grammar instruction. An Internet connection is only required after downloading the app for some one-time TTS extension downloads (if they're not already on your device), or if you want to submit sentences to me or donate to me on Patreon. The app, itself, is entirely ad-free and has no banners, pop-ups, or pay walls (i.e., no "freemium" bullshit). Also, most of the hard coding is done on the back end and isn't stored in the app, which keeps the APK small.

Anyhow, I'm looking to expand my user base and get some feedback from professionals. That said, feel free to download it and give me your honest opinions.
