Update:

I was also not paid in full and 3 weeks late upon deciding to leave, even after I went to the labour board. This was after they wanted me to close my bank account and "promised" they'd send it later. Also, the owner has been known to forget to pay workers bills more than once, resulting in a loss of utilities or services. I had heard stories, but I saw it myself at the end.

I've taught in 5 different countries and lived in more. I've heard stories from expats and teachers, and GES is up there with the worst of them. I only hope potential teachers see this thread before signing anything, because I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
