With one of the world's most impressive collections of 20th Century architecture, Dallas is one of the most modern American cities. Being the capital city of the state, it symbolizes much of the popular images of Texas. It is ninth largest city in U.S.A, and also one of the fastest growing. Dallas History
John Neely Bryan discovered Dallas in 1839 while he was surveying a spot for a possible trading post serving Indians and settlers. The town was quickly growing. On March 30, 1846, Dallas County was organized. In July 1860, a fire broke out in the square, destroying most of the buildings in the business district of Dallas. Railroad routes intersected in Dallas in 1873, making it commercial center. During World War II it served as a manufacturing center for the war effort. During the 1950s and 1960s, Dallas became the nation's third-largest technology center, and to the date it has so much to greatly capture

Dallas Climate
Dallas has a humid subtropical climate. It is one of the hottest spots in U.S.A. in summer bringing temperatures well over 100 °F. Winters in Dallas are generally mild, with normal daytime highs ranging from 55 °F 70 °F, and between 30 °F and 45 °F at night time. Spring is the best time to take flights to Dallas as this is the time when temperature is moderate, and the natural beauty is at its best. However severe thunderstorms are generated with spectacular lightning shows, torrents of rain, hail, and occasionally, tornadoes during spring season.
