I am a chinese Australian and shocked to have heard of all your troubles. I talked to my husband who is a police to investigate the case and help you out. However, the report wasn't too good. All what you've was said about Dream Education Training Center wasn't the true situation. According to the report, Turnoi fought with Chinese teacher because he wasn't allowed to use other teachers' computer- he went to the point of throwing chairs and yelling at the chinese calling them racist and all sort of names . It doesn't shows good image for professional Western teacher so the Head of the school asked him to leave the school or face the police for his misdemeanors-the students can't learn from bad tempered unprofessional esl teacher. If this is true,I am afraid Turnoi can't win the case. But if all these were lies, he needs to go to the Police Station with the contract to report. My husband will be glad to help.
