I've never said that at every EF your legal status is guaranteed, I don't see how it applies? I've never once spoken about any school that I haven't been to myself. I said at EF Dalian your legal status was above board, because I know it is.

The way you use the indefinate article suggests it could be any EF school and you certainly didn't mention Dalian in the paragraph about the supposed benefits of working for EF.
