As somebody who works for WSE, i can assure you that a CELTA isn't a requirement to get a job. All that's needed to get a job is a TEFL certificate of any description, the ability to give a competent demo lesson and being prepared to work 6 day weeks (if you're full-time). I have no interest in promoting the company but there are far worse outfits to work for in TEFL China world. At least they pay on time.
