As with SO MANY "educational" organization and recruiters, I had a very brief, but very telling round of miscommunication with Moses LawnLawn (!!!). Nothing bad happened between us, but there was enough confusion / poor communication to indicate to me not to continue discussing a job with this guy.

The problem with these recruiters is they will promise almost ANYTHING in order to make their commission. A horrible system, fraught with greed, deception, and complete lack of integrity.

Basically, AVOID RECRUITERS! Moses LawnLawn is only one fish in a very big ocean! I'm sure he will also change his name (obviously Moses LawnLawn is NO ONE's true name) very quickly and move on to the next foreign sucker.
