Why most schools "prefer only Caucasian teachers" or white teachers? The answer is simple: they "hire their foreign teachers mainly for window dressing to impress the parents," according to a Caucasian principal of a language school. Stupid mentality, isn't it?

It`s all about business.
If the foreigner is blond with blue eyes, the school may get more money from students` parents. I couldn`t get a job last year at a public college, because of the reason mentioned above. A girl from Uzbekistan was accepted there instead. ( blond with blue eyes ).
Otherwise, one can`t say Chinese are racist. Black people, Indians and Chinese from Singapore are treated in the same way like whites on the streets and in public places.
Just, when it`s about a teaching job,the leaders of some schools are very narrow minded.

Well it is China, what do you expect. It's one of the worlds more racist countries because of it's many years of isolationism. Is it any wonder they are so narrow minded? I think not.

What is wrong with these people! I just read an Add on this website that says and I quote "we prefer only Caucasin
teachers between 25-49." I couldn't believe my eyes. This country claims to be civilized and that is the attitude!!
come on!! So if Gandi or Martin Luther King applied for a
job here they would be turned down if Jesus Christ applied for a job at this school he would be turned down Hell if Mao himself rose from the dead and applied for a job at this school he would be turned down.Along with Nelson Madela Sun Yat Sen and 3/4 of humity that is non White. While the trend in the rest of the world is toward inclusion these people seem to be taking a giant step backwards.
