Mishu, excuse me, but haven't you left? Which begs the question, why the continued morbid obsession with CGS? Good God man, for the sake of your health, can't you let it go? Do an Elsa, eh? Seriously speaking, resentment and hatred are destructive feelings to harbor. It's a negative emotion, and these things are insidious and they permeate your everyday life, up to the point, that before long they consume you. They're invisible too! The only person they damage, is the person bearing the grudge. I'm not jesting. Have a think.

If you were/are a parent who pays for education wouldn't you want to know it a high quality, real teachers, and true management place? Fakes, bullies and uneducated people be dealt with in a proper way. For those of us who work in an educational setting deserve that respect.

In short Mishu, I don't give it any thought whosoever to be completely honest. And neither do the parents. They're effectively paying for their child to be educated at a very expensive school. That's their bragging rights well and truly sorted. The end. 'We', the foreign teachers that they have to put up with, are merely a marketing strategy. A pretty smiling face, to put on the poster so to speak. If we provide a good service into the bargain, well and good.

I'm under no illusions as to my position with CGS. Never was, never will be. Up to now I have been treated fairly by all of my colleagues, both foreign and local. I'm not out to break records coz, that's not what CGS is about. I have never needed to kow-tow, fawn or be obsequious to anyone. I can maintain my dignity and I've never been asked to do anything that was unreasonable and I've politely refused, when it was something I didn't want to do. I can't say that about many of the other schools I've worked at Mishu. It's not like I just came down with the last raindrop either...

As for the management past and present, one of the guys has already been forced out. Magic! He's history, and the other two will soon follow. So, considering that, any right minded person would be happy. You've won so to speak. That's pretty good going by anyones standards. As for wanting to hunt the guy down, defame him and chase him all over the net, have a read of my first paragraph and see if that helps. I'm not trying to be silly or condescending, so please don't think that. I'm sure you've heard of a 'pyrrhic victory'. There's not a lot of profit in this. Maybe some sense of achievement or vindication on some personal level. There's nothing wrong with that, but at what cost to yourself? I mean in terms of time and effort. As for the FAO screwing hundreds of teachers over for many, many years, come on now, let's keep it on point and factual, can we? You make it sound like some God forbidden gulgag, in deepest Siberia! Nothings perfect as I said earlier. If and when the time comes for me to leave, I'll bow out with out much fanfare and wish my colleagues all the best. That's worked for me so far.
