The fact that a complaint was written in a somewhat incorrect English is not a criterion for the credibility of a post.

Does it not follow, Turnoi, that YANG-EN UNIVERSITY of Quanzhou city is a shonky Chinese university, given that it hired at least one illiterate native speaker of English that we know of, amomgst its FT's in the first place?
I might add that native speakers of English with Western university degrees are not necessarily literate. While reading for my Bachelor's degree at a good Western university some years ago, I couldn't help noticing that some of my former classmates were atrocious at spelling and constructing meaningful sentences. And it so happens we were not studying obscure subjects that required virtually no writing skills!
