Both John and Katie have made some excellent points regarding this school in Jingdezhen. Sadly, because Litta advertises on so many ESL websites, someone will be snared in the traps she sets.
As someone who has been teaching in China for over two years now, I have learned to be very cautious - especially when dealing with private schools and agents. I therefore communicated extensively with Litta before making the decision to join her school as Teacher Manager and Teacher. What I found when I arrived in Jingdezhen was nightmarish. Without going into too many details, suffice it to say that before I left there I had no less than five different police officers and city representatives in my hotel room.
LITTA DOES NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY LICENSES TO HIRE FOREIGN TEACHERS! HER SCHOOL IS A BOGUS OPERATION. SHE HAS LITTLE TO NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF FOREIGN TEACHERS. AND FINALLY, SHE WILL LIE AND CAJOLE AND USE HER "SWEETNESS" TO LURE YOU THERE.
Jingdezhen itself has little to recommend it as far as a place to hang out. You would be well advised to seek employment elsewhere.
