To Dave John

In response to your inquiry about the Academy in Abuja, Nigeria. I have recently applied for a position at this institution, after a number of e-mails and a telephone interview in which they were looking for additional information, I was told that I had been selected among 62 other candidates. A following e-mail advised me that I should send 200 U.S. dollars thru Western Union that they called " commitment fee" to secure this job and will have said money refunded upon arrival in Nigeria. They claim it is an insurance policy that the teacher will indeed come to work for the school, further stating that this school as well as others in Nigeria have gone to great expense in preparation for the teachers arrival. The documents will be sent along with the airline tickets thru DHL upon receiving the 200USD. As we all know, any teacher looking for a position should NEVER send money to a school or recruiter.
