In regards to the very end of your post from the 21st, you are evidently from a western country but know little about capitalism. Companies, even non-profit orga, use employees for gain. That's called profit, and that's what we all work for. Even you. Otherwise, you'd be in a religious ministry somewhere.

As far as your "mutual respect" comment goes, it's a two-way street. Maybe "mutual disrespect" describes your own personal situation.
