Whoever you are I suggest you take a good hard look at yourself before you hang your students out to dry. Personally, I wouldn't even honor a signed contract with you. As a teacher you couldn't even get your spelling right and what do you expect from your students.

I suggest you go back home to where you came from rather than tell teachers not to teach in that school.

Yinchuan #15 Middle School is one of those typical Chinese schools that you read on the internet to keep away from. They have no interest in honoring the contract that they offer and sign with you. Nor do they fallow up with any of their promises. They have no programfor you to fallow as the students Enlish range from none (most of the students)to a few that you can talk to in simple sentences. So go else where's to teach not here.
