If Doctor Cross really does hold a doctorate, then i would suggest that he applies for a job with an international school. I have a friend who doesn't have a doctorate and isn't even a native speaker, and he gets 15k a month in one of those places!

As for CTN, i've had some dealings with these people (but not worked through them) and all i can say is that they seem as incompetent/dodgy as all the other recruiters. As for Chris Ryall (the guy whose name is on all the e mails) - does he exist? I have my doubts.
