Happiness means different things to different people. Trust plays a big role in happiness.
When you trust that all people, circumstances and life in general is supporting you it’s easy for happiness to be your natural state.

When you fret and worry over the future you are basically saying that you don’t trust what is going to happen next. Because you do not have total control over your future you may feel anxious.

How about trusting that everything that happens is there for a reason and for your highest good?

Even things that seem terrible at the time can have positive meaning. It’s all about looking for every silver lining to every cloud that comes your way.

Look back at your life. Hasn’t everything always turned out for the best in the end? So looking into the future back to where you are now, doesn’t it make sense not to worry about anything right now?

Worry is one of those useless emotions that doesn’t help. For many worry is simply a bad habit. And once you free yourself from this habit you will feel more happy more often.

Trust every person. Trust every opportunity. Trust every little thing that appears in your life as being good for you.

When you can welcome every part of life with gratitude and happiness, then happiness will become your way of life.
