Happiness really is a choice. And when you make the simple decision (that is all it is, a deliberate choice) to live from a happy state you will find happiness everywhere you look.

You will see pure harmony in Nature. You will attract joyful circumstances and opportunities. And you will feel happiness when you hug your family and friends.

When you choose happy thoughts most of the time, happiness will become your new dominant state. (You are not expected to feel happy ALL the time. Sad things do happen and are there to provide our lives with contrast and a point of reference.)

When you are feeling good, joyful and happy... you will be at peace with yourself and everyone you come into contact with.
