Every one of us is surrounded by successful people. They are a great example for us follow because these are people we secretly wish we could be like.

Instead of copying exactly what they are doing – take a closer look at why they are like they are. In other words look at what has made them that way.

For example if someone you admire has a successful and well-paying job you do not have to do the same exact job as them to get paid well.

Look at why they are successful? Do they take on extra responsibility? Do they have a winning, shining attitude? Do they treat everyone as their friend with time for even the “little people”?

Observe and carefully decipher the reasons why they are successful... and then begin to implement these very same things into your character.

Decide to take on more responsibility at work. Decide to polish up your attitude. Decide to treat everyone with more respect and love. And see what happens...

You will be pleasantly surprised by the results. In little ways you will become more and more like the successful person you admire.

Look around for other successful people you would like to be like. Find a role model for every area of your life.

There could be someone you admire the house of. Someone you admire who has the very things you wish you could have to. Or a couple you admire the relationship of.

Whatever area you wish your life could be more like – find it and emulate it.
