Why Do We Have Two Ears
By:Phalbon Im

You might wonder why most animals including us have two ears. It is weird that we all have just one nose, one mouth, but two ears. It is funny when you stop and think about it.

Two ears are better than one ear because you can hear the warning sound of the enemy or intruder in wider range. You, as well as other animals, survive with this kind of mechanism. And you would look so funny if all of you have just one ear.

You have two ears to listen attentively before you talk. You know what you are going to say already, but you analyze the consequences before you go ahead and talk. You listen carefully before you talk. You are one of the introvert people who form their careful thought in their mind before talking. You are very cautious with what you talk.

There are advantages of listening more than talking. You show your professionalism to your clients or your friends. You take time to listen carefully to their inputs before you respond. You gain your reputation from them because whenever you talk, you express your opinion intelligently. It also shows that you respect them when you have undivided attention to the whole conversation with them. On top of that, you clearly understand their important point that they try to make. And you do not misunderstand what they are trying to say.

You learned the truth why we have one mouth, but two ears and the benefits of listening more than talking. We have one mouth, but two ears. We need to listen more than we talk.

I hope you know why we have two ears by now and you agree with what I mentioned.
