Criticism - React Or Respond - Your Choice
By:Larry Icabandi Nabiong

Well, many might not agree with this, but agreeing or not does not matter. We have our own opinion on anything under the sun (and moon ) so what is the fuss?

It has been said that what you believe is your curse or your bliss. Believe that you are somebody and it would happen. Believe that you are nobody and chances are, you really one idiot. Yes, the mind has the power to manifest your desire. The universe is so generous to give you what you wish for, so be careful with that. Or why not ask for positive things and chances are you would not be regretful about them.

Say, in your workplace, you are surrounded with garbage collectors, backstabbers, and the like... you better imagine them as catchers of good deeds (and not when your pants are down) or what and chances are you would see a new perspective or understanding and is now effecting positive impact to yourself. You would not just react on others' comments on this and that issues, etc. about you and all. Yes, there is a chance for us to shift our attention from negative to positive, from ugly to beautiful, from unproductive to productive, etc. Yes, we have always a choice. And that choice must make us feeling good, beautiful/debonair and productive.

Sometimes we are caught unaware of others' meanness and the like, we then respond sans thinking of the consequences. Instead of showing our own way of being different from them, and their behaviors... we tend to stoop to their level and chances are we become the people we hated most. We become like them and now making us in dilemma.

Well, there is always a chance to change. Change our behaviors into desirable ones and avoid going back to the mud. Yes, sometimes we need to be in the situation in order to understand more the situation and next time around, you feel more competent to do or not do things which we consider as bad, ugly and dangerous.

Lessons are best learned upon experiencing the situation then from the other perspective, we would know what is proper behavior to observe the next situation we happen to be.
