How to Organize My Day Perfectly!
By:Vandana Makharia

It ain't that hard, really. Often after we have finished working for the day, we realize we have missed out on things that needed to be done...deliberately or otherwise.

There are simple solutions to that.

If you have a job that requires doing number of small tasks like filing papers, calling people etc etc, then it is much preferred to make a list of things that need to be covered on that day. In case you are one of those people who think lists are for forgetful people then NO. Think again. Try putting a posted list of things to be done today on your monitor and see how efficiently and quickly you'll end up completing your tasks. And it is indeed a great feeling to cut off every task once it's done.

Technology has made our work real easy today, use phone calls and emails if your environment allows you to. They decrease wastefulness of your important time at work.

Don't wait up to do something because you are not feeling like it at the moment, work finished sooner is better then being lingered upon.

Try finishing 60% of your work before lunch time, it is possible really.. especially the one which needs interaction with people. This way you have second half of the day to plan your work according to your convenience.

Planning on tasks to be done next day at the end of day is also a great idea. Makes you feel in hold of things. Ultimately, you wont be able to do any thing mentioned above unless you really want to be a person who has strong hold on life, Inculcate that feeling of urgency.
