I did the online course by TESOL-Direct (http://www.tesol-direct.com) and it was great. The course material excellent. It is written in a really reader-friendly way, and there are plenty of examples and situations. The feedback from the tutor was fantastic - really detailed and useful. I have thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish! I feel totally ready for my new job in Shanghai.
