I know for sure David Hawk/Huang is totally dishonest. In 2009 he was employing teachers in the Zhongshan area. He would contact teachers ( still under contract ) who were unhappy with their jobs in other provinces and ask them to come to Guangdong. He is basically an agent who collects commissions from schools, and he pays the teachers, not the schools, a bad situation, the UNIVERSITIES should be paying the teachers directly.

FT's still under legal contract ( on residence permits ) would come to Guangdong after doing runners. "David Hawk" would then tell them, "it's ok, your RP is still valid here". Which is a lie. For example, a Shandong or Hubei, Hebei or Gansu RP is not valid in Guangdong. It is illegal to use an RP from a different province in Guangdong. He used to say "don't worry, I checked with the police in Maoming, it's alright". Which was a lot of BS.
