Celta/Tesol Help
By/Re:J
25 August 2011

So basically i've come to Australia backpacking.

I've been thinking a lot about wether or not I want to stay here or travel around or go back home (and end up doing a dead end job).

One place I want to visit is Japan, and I'd be extremely pissed at myself if i didn't.

I've been considering taking a Tesol/Celta course but after looking at it a $3000 Celta course just isn't going to happen. So it would most likely be a Tesol.
Before I even do this I guess I have to find out if I even want to teach or wether I'd be good at it.

Hoping the community could answer some questions.

1. I have no University degree, if I went to Japan with just a Tesol and no previous teaching experience would I have any chance at finding a job?
2. What's the way you all found out you knew you could teach and do it well?
3. Is there a huge difference between an online course and a classroom course?

I hope some of you can help.

Regards.
