The TEFL certification abroad course through Expanish in Buenos Aires is a comprehensive English teacher training program for prospective teachers aiming to teach abroad. An Expanish TEFL course will take place in Buenos Aires over a four-week period with a 120 or 150-hour class option and a choice of two prime locations:
Our Recoleta based institute, situated in one of the cities more upscale neighborhoods, is accredited by the University of Cambridge CELTA curriculum.
The downtown institute, located in the heart of the historic center, adheres strictly to the curriculum of the British Counsel's College of Teachers.

Students of the TEFL course will work in groups, have the opportunity to attend multiple teaching workshops, and perform 8 hours of practice teaching through out the four weeks of the class, in addition to the regular instruction hours.

Leisure

Because our program is focused not only on a comprehensive learning experience, but also on cultural immersion, students will have many opportunities for leisure activities, cultural events, extracurricular workshops, day or weekend trips, excursions, and social activities in order to obtain a more complete international experience while in Buenos Aires.

Housing Accommodations

All participants of the Expanish TEFL program have the option of a home-stay, shared student apartment, dorm style hostel, or private accommodations. Housing options are screened by Expanish staff to maintain standards up to scale with those of the school and classes. Factors taken into consideration for individual students include dietary and health concerns, proximity to classes, study habits, and personal preferences.
