Global Mass Community (WELFARE ORGANIZATION) is a registered non-governmental organization working on Environment, Tourism, Information Technology & Health at the Azad Jammu Kashmir region initially. The mission of GMCWO is primarily to increase awareness of the environment by serving as a watch organization over the conditions of the environment of Jammu & Kashmir and to take action to preserve and protect environment. Working to improve Information Technology in remote areas at school level. In particular, GMCWO focuses on issues of deforestation protect the forest through volunteer action from seasonal summer fire which start from June, July and August and main cause of reducing rate of forest and its bio-diversity.The site also features reports on the environmental state of Jammu and Kashmir and effects of war, press releases, etc. The site also provides information about forests, lakes and wild life of Kashmir.

GMCWO's goal is to ensure the ability of the earth to nurture life in all its diversity.
