★Your Salary and Benefits★

Regarding the fact that First Leap has more than 100 schools over 30 cities in China, the salary range is different for each tier city:
+ Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen: 17,000 RMB after tax
+ Nanjing: 16,000 RMB after tax
+ Shenyang, Hefei, Chongqing: 15,000 after tax
+ The other smaller cities: 12,000 - 14,000 RMB after tax
However, that is not the highest range that you can be offered as First Leap also offer on top:
Demo lesson bonus program which teachers can make 3,000 - 4,000 RMB more/month
Performance bonus: 1,000 - 2,000 RMB/month
=> Total monthly salary can reach up to 22,000 - 23,000 RMB/month
