3. Salary & Benefits

Salary : 20000 - 23000 RMB after tax / month
Free flight ticket to China upfront
Relocation bonus : 8000 RMB ( received with your 1st month salary)
Free TEFL course provided or TEFL reimbursement 3000 RMB ( Received with your 1st month salary)
Monthly bonus ( Demo lesson bonus, Teaching bonus, KPI bonus) : 3000 - 5000 RMB / month
Airfare bonus : 8000 RMB ( received this with your last month payment)

2 weeks Training paid in Beijing

4. Teaching environment at our school

Student age : 3 - 10 years old
Class size : 8 - 10 students / class
Local teaching assistants are available
16 teaching hours, 16 office hours, 2 training hours / week
All the Chinese national holidays off and paid fully

5. Requirements

Hold a passport from Native English Speaking countries ( Requirement for visa application)
Hold at least a BA degree
No experience is needed ( prefer candidates below 35 years old)
Energetic and love working with young learners
