The students English level is low so you need patience, and to be able to balance kindness with a certain level of being strict [ such as collecting mobile phones at the beginning of class ]

It's a third tier city , meaning smaller, clean, not far from the sea, and the people are nice. There are some Western restaurants, and a few malls too.

She would prefer if you are from U.K, Australia, or U.S. and you must be mature [ prefer 45+], responsible, and have at least 3 years teaching experience.

It is preferable that you are already in China, and can start soon , or next semester
