Our offices are located in China (Beijing/Chengdu) and USA (Hawaii). We are currently looking for innovative, motivated individuals to join us in the development of our technology and business strategy. We are developing rapidly and there is huge potential for advancement within the organisation on completion of an initial one-year contract.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Those selected for our positions will work at our new office in Chengdu, China. Primary duties are as follows:
a) Researching then developing interactive online English curriculum for students across China learning English
b) Observe and train online teachers based in America/U.K, providing feedback and methods to improve their performance and solving technical issues once trained in.
c) Working with our foreign staff and Chinese administrators to develop a better domestic and global marketing and development strategy. The position will require developing personal knowledge of our daily operations, teaching concepts, curriculum and technology while having the opportunity to explore China's cities, sites and culture.
d) Work closely with the IT Department, providing them advice on how the interactive teaching platform can be improved.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants with knowledge, certification or experience in the fields of Education, English, Information Technology, Business or related
- Passion for education and technology
- Strong work ethic and problem solving skills
