Hechi University (HCU) has over 60 years of history since its foundation in 1951. With the approval of Education Ministry and the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, HCU was upgraded to a comprehensive undergraduate university in 2003 with 13,000 full-time students currently.The University is located in Yizhou District of Hechi City in the northwestern part of Guangxi Autonomous Region. Yizhou, which has a long history of over 2,100 years and a rich cultural legacy, is set in a picturesque landscape with convenient transportation. HCU’s campus has a wonderful environment, being surrounded by beautiful mountains and clear water. The scenery is very beautiful just like Guilin! There are many minoritiy groups here where you could enjoy the colorful cultural heritage!

We are looking for teachers:
1. Under 60 years old; native speakers of English;
2. Bachelor's degree or above;
3. 2 years (or above ) teaching experience (if you are a fresh graduate with a master’s degree from an outstanding university; or if you majored in English Language or teaching programs ;or if you have TEFL/ CELTA qualification or Teacher Certificate, there is no requirements on teaching experience );
4. Able to provide a reference letter from your last employer;
5. Able to provide authentication of diploma and criminal background check required by the new policy

Salary/Benefits:
1. Salary: 5,500 to 8,500 RMB/ month depending on qualification;
2. Travel allowance:3,000 RMB/ year
3. Air-fare reimbursement: 10,000 RMB/year
4. Free on-campus apartment: fully equipped double-room for one teacher;
5. Workload: no more than 16 periods/week(45 minutes per period); no office hour;weekends off;
6. You could learn Chinese, Tai Chi for free at the university;you could enjoy exploring wonderful places nearby.
7.Teaching courses: Oral English, English for business/tourism/hospitality management etc;
8. Starting to work: September
