English Teacher required by Chinese Preschool

Wuxi Cadalin Preschool is a private owned preschool, founded by Cadalin Education Group (Taiwan). It is located in Binhu District, close to Wuxi city center. We provide in bilingual and Montessori education to Chinese children. We group kids from 3-6 together for the classroom, with the help of Montessori education, the kids will acquire independence, concentration, coordination, regulation and self-disciplined. We also have one full-time foreign teacher in the classroom to create an immersion English studying environment, which could help our kids to learn the language happily.

The WCP is currently seeking a teacher to present English Courses as part of its program.

Minimum Requirements:
 A recognized Bachelor’s degree.
 TESOL / TEFL Certificate.
 English native speaker from UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, etc.
 Preferably one year teaching experience.
 Excellent communication and people skills,
 The ability to work in a team environment.

General Job description:
1. 8 working hours per day (working hour starts from 0750 to 1650, noon break from 1300 to 1400), 5 days per week (from Monday to Friday), up to 40 working hours every week;
2. Teaching kids (aged from 2 – 6) English;
3. Cooperate with Chinese teacher during the parent’s communication;
4. Participate in the activities arranged by the kindergarten;

Conditions Employment:
• 15000 - 18000 RMB/month (depending on education and experience)
• 8000 rmb annual flight allowance
• Z-Visa application
