As an English Language Teacher you are provided with a package that includes flight allowance, accommodation, airport pick-ups and training, visas and medical insurance. Additional benefits like a quarterly performance bonus are provided as incentives, and a study allowance is provided to allow teachers to further their careers. Well performing teachers can also look to be promoted to Senior Teacher, and then onto management roles with increased salary and benefits.

About The School:
The school provides English language learning to 3-18 year olds of all levels with an established curriculum and fun, engaging learning environment. The school employs foreign teachers from a range of native English speaking countries and provides support, training and professional development. The school offers students small groups to learn in, tailored learning to their abilities and access to native English speakers to improve confidence and abilities.

Teachers are required to have a degree in any subject plus at least two years of working experience in any field. It is not mandatory to have been a teacher in those two years. Please note: candidates who have a degree that is related to education, or a masters degree that is in English do not need the two years of working experience and may apply as fresh graduates. Any experience working with children or in sales and/or marketing will be an advantage for applicants but is not mandatory. Due to visa requirements, candidates should hold a passport from the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia or South Africa (dual nationality is also permitted).

Salary: RMB 9000 - 12000 p.m

Duration: 15 mths
