Cleverlearn English Language Institute (CELI) is an American school operating in Cebu, Philippines for more than 11 years. We provide world-class English language training for more than 15 nationalities (KSA, Yemen, Soudan Libya, Syria, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Mongolia, Spain, Russia, Brazil …). This diversity is for the benefit of the student who can constantly speak English with his classmates, the staff, the teachers, or with the friendly Filipino people.

We provide also online teaching, Medical English, Aviation English, Business English, and we prepare the students to pass the TOEFL or IELTS exams.

There is 82 furnished and air-conditioned rooms in our school with land line, Wi-Fi, TV, daily housekeeping, laundry, swimming pool, airport pick-up and send off. These rooms are divided into 3 kinds: single for 1 person, double for 2 persons, quadruple for 4 persons (Triple room is only for families). In addition, there is 3 meals per day (Halal is provided also).
